What?

Mental motivation coaching is a form of personal guidance where the focus is on your thoughts and mindset. Mental strength plays a more important role in this form of coaching than physical strength. This form of training is therefore result-oriented.


531/5000 I believe that every person naturally strives for personal growth. Each of us has our own hero or heroine that we admire. As a child, we still dreamed that we would someday integrate these powerful qualities of this person into our lives. But sometime as we age, this motivation to grow has shifted to the corners of our being, or it may be there for a while, but the first best relapse will satisfy us with mediocrity or let us be all our plans for what are.

This can happen due to unpleasant life events, stress, tensions or that negative, critical, oppressive voice in us that increasingly determines our behavior. 
From my own experience I am convinced that we must first get to know, understand, give them a place to our inner “enemies”, and even become a friend.
Where coaching is often focused on, she overpowers and overrides positive visualisations, I believe that this only works temporarily or not.
Many programs are offered to become the person you always wanted to be in a certain time, you can get nice tools with this, but as soon as the program comes to an end we will find ourselves in the same street where we started in a short time.

Workmethod

I believe that the only one who can motivate you is the one who looks back at you in the mirror. 
What I can do as a coach is to bring you back into contact with your inner powers that inspire you. Together we will discover what drives you, your strengths, what you want to do, but also what blocks you, the relapse, the dark brother.
If we can accept and integrate all these things, we will develop a champion's mindset that is unshakable, does not give up on setbacks and remains on the path to achieving the goal. The focus is to remain present in the process itself, the goal then follows naturally.
I use techniques of analytical coaching, behavioral therapy, visualization techniques, hypnotherapy, sports psychology and is result-oriented.

My method is not an easy shortcut. Real change from 
stubborn patterns take time. Insight changes.
After an introductory meeting, we discuss the frequency of our appointments together.

First meeting

€ 50

The amount must be paid in cash at the end of each session. If you cannot meet an appointment, you must be notified in time (24 hours in advance).
If there is no message, the appointment must be paid in full.

1 Hour session

€ 70

The amount must be paid in cash at the end of each session. If you cannot meet an appointment, you must be notified in time (24 hours in advance).
