ANALYTIC THERAPY

"A man who has never gone through the hell of his passions has never overcome them"

C.G. JUNG

What?

Analytical therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which the analysis of the unconscious is central. In an analysis, the focus is mainly on the content of your unconscious, because it has been shown that more than 90% of human behavior is controlled from that unconscious.

Being in analytical therapy means working on a connection between unconscious and conscious, between feeling and thinking, between wanting and accepting that it is the way it is.

Being in analytic therapy is a process of self-development in which an individual integrates the many aspects of the psyche to become himself. It is a process where a person becomes aware of his uniqueness, of what distinguishes him from the collectivity. It is also called the process of individuation.

This method was developed by C.G Jung and other psychoanalysts.

For who?

"Discover who you really, truly are. "

Do you get caught up in the feeling about yourself?
Do you show the outside world a different face that actually suits you?
Are you exhausted after a day of work and have no energy?
Do you get stuck again and again in the same situations or maybe in your personal relationships?
Do you suffer from inferiority, depressed moods, perfectionism, insomnia, Burnout, trauma, addiction problems or psychosomatic complaints?
Are you interested in getting to know yourself better from the inside
grow from the bottom of your being?

In an atmosphere of acceptance and trust, we work together to get a view of your symptoms and the often associated complaints such as inner tension, stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, nervousness. We go to the roots of the complaint to alleviate it and find a solution together. So not the symptom, but the origin is central to analytical therapy. By becoming aware of what that inner world wants to make clear to you, you will better understand the symptoms and what they lead to. An exploration of who you really are. It is a therapy for the soul.

When and how much?

The number of sessions depends on the symptoms, we decide this together after the intake interview. A good frequency is to meet weekly, especially in the initial phase,
there may be a little more space between them.

We fine-tune our agendas to suit us best.

About C.G. Jung

Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961) was born on July 26, 1875 in Keswill on Lake Constance, in the northeastern part of Switzerland.
Jung studied medicine. He became a psychiatrist and worked in the psychiatric clinic Burgholzi early in his career. Later he started a private practice. He was also a professor at the university.
For a number of years he was closely involved in the psychoanalytic school of Dr. Freud.
After his break with Freud, he developed his own analytical method. Initially he called it the psychology of the complexes, afterwards analytical therapy.

Jung was a physician, psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, professor, scientist, author, father and citizen. But first and foremost, a tireless investigator of the psyche. He maintained an extensive correspondence about his work and received several awards in his old age
He died on June 6, 1961, at the age of 81.
